Founder of Halo BioConsulting, Dr Kieran Rooney, has spent over 20 years in the pharmaceutical & biotechnology sector, having held senior R&D, commercial and Board positions within a diverse range of companies including university spin-outs, SMEs and multinational pharmaceutical companies. He has brokered multiple deals in the pharma/biotech sector, has a global network in the space and has extensive experience across a broad range of therapeutic and technology areas including CNS, oncology, anti-infectives, respiratory, dermatology, metabolic diseases, inflammatory diseases, drug delivery & tissue engineering. Kieran earned his doctorate in neuropharmacology from the University of Wales, and was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Universities of Nottingham & Bristol. He has a degree in pharmacy and is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
